Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
$50–$58/hr | Weekly Pay | Bonus Plan | Flexible Schedules
We are an established, high-volume dental group serving communities across North Carolina and South Carolina, and we are actively expanding. We’re looking for Registered Dental Hygienists who value patient care, teamwork, and consistency—and who want reliable hours, competitive pay, and strong operational support.

What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and preventive care
- Conduct oral health assessments and review patient histories
- Take and evaluate dental X-rays
- Apply fluoride and sealants
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Accurately document treatment and clinical notes
- Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members
- Maintain infection control and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Active State Dental Hygiene License (NC or SC)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
- Strong communication and patient-education skills
- Dependable, team-oriented mindset
- Experience with Dentrix and DEXIS preferred (not required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required
Schedule Details
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- 8-hour shifts
- Optional Saturdays available
