Orthodontic Practice Manager – Charlotte, NC
We are a busy, growing orthodontic practice seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and support our clinical and front-office teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage the office while assisting with day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling, patient flow, billing, collections, and front-office operations
- Present treatment plans, financial estimates, and payment options
- Monitor office performance, workflow, and administrative processes
- Manage patient and provider schedules
- Supervise and support office staff
- Address patient questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate records using dental practice management software
Qualifications
- 2+ years of orthodontic or dental management experience
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, claims and collections
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
